Message	skills, painting it a color you like wouldn't cost that much. Just plan on pulling the engine to paint the bay otherwise IMHO the new color will make your Z look bush league and will definitely devalue it. Also, make sure the new color will look great with the interior. I'm not a fan of red cars either, and would have never bought one for that reason, but if I happened to end up with one I'd stick with the stock color or sell it. But if I was an expert painter, I'm sure I'd at least contemplate a color change. It's a big job to do well. I'd guess the front and rear fascias should be removed, everything in the engine bay stripped along with the fenders and trim. What about the door, hatch and T top seals? OMG. Good luck.
